Talks & Posters
We welcome your contribution to the scientific programme of the conference. Please fill in title and abstract on the registration form, where you can indicate whether you prefer a talk or poster. Talks will generally be allocated 15 minutes + 5 minutes question-time. Talks cannot be guaranteed.
The final program will be determined by the scientific organizing committee and the status of your proposed contribution will be communicated to you by email well in advance.
The posterboards will support the following paper formats:
A0 (841 x 1189 mm)
A1 (594 x 841 mm)
both portrait and landscape.
Poster space will also be available for advertising job opportunities in astronomy.
Annual NAC Poster Prize
As every year the NAC Poster Prize will be awarded to the creator of the best poster.
The rules are:
- All posters enter into the Annual NAC Poster Prize competition by default.
- Posters will be judged, not by their subject, but by the clarity and originality by which they convey their message.
- The best poster will be rewarded a unique challenge cup: the Dodecahedron...
