68TH Dutch Astronomy Conference
The Flemish astronomy institutes of Ghent University and KU Leuven have the honor and pleasure to invite you to participate to the 68th Dutch Astronomy Conference (NAC 2013) to be held from Wednesday 15 until Friday 17 May, 2013 in the business centre on the premises of Center Parcs "De Vossemeren", in Lommel, Belgium.

Key dates are:
15 December: Registration open (please note that there is a limit of ~200 persons).
15 March: Deadline registration (including payment registration fee)
15 April: Allocation oral talks & posters.
15 May: Start NAC 2013

Please check with your own institute whether payments should be done individually or collectively.
In due time more detailed information on the scientific and social program, evening lecture, poster and talk guidelines will become available (this will also be communicated directly via e-mail to the registered participants).
If applicable, please notify your (master) students that they are more than welcome to attend.
Note that English will be the working language for the meeting.
