Stars above the waterline? NL astronomy until 2020
NL astronomy has recently produced its decadal plan for the period until 2020, and presented it to the government. Part of it concerns the science we will do in this decade, and part of it deals with investments in observatories of the 2020s. I will discuss some main points of this plan, and where it will take us in the future.
