This conference is meant to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the discovery of the first accreting millisecond pulsar and is hosted by the X-ray binary group of the Astronomical Institute "Anton Pannekoek" at the University of Amsterdam. The conference will be held on 2008 April 14-18. The most important discoveries of the last 10 years of research on accreting millisecond pulsars will be highlighted, with a particular look forward to the future of the field.
